*Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative retail processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and extensive office management and retail experience. This role involves supervising staff, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining efficient administrative workflows to support the company's objectives. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and coordinate workflows with Team * Oversee bookkeeping and payroll processing * Prepare and oversee team work schedules * Manage vendor relationships and coordinate in store pop-ups * Supervise clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management * Oversee human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, training & development, and employee relations * Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and organizational systems * Manage budgeting processes and monitor expenses to ensure operational efficiency * Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with excellent communication skills * Develop flyers and marketing videos * Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and events to support team productivity * Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional office environment * Ability to work with a POS system & provide excellent customer service * Stay on top of training modules *Computer Skills & Technical Skills* *- *Google Platform: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar - Microsoft Office: Word, Excel - Operating POS *Experience* * Proven supervising experience in an office or administrative setting * Extensive office experience with proficiency in clerical tasks, filing systems, and organizational management * Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and vendor management * Demonstrated ability in human resources functions such as training & development and employee onboarding * Excellent communication skills * Experience managing budgets and implementing efficient administrative workflows * Prior experience in team management with a focus on leadership development * Familiarity with office software applications and administrative tools * This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a dynamic office environment while supporting organizational growth through effective management practices.
