<div>Overlanders Manufacturing is seeking an <strong>experienced</strong> CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. We are looking for a skilled operator with strong mechanical and mathematical abilities and at least 1 years of experience. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with excellent attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Operate Press Brake Machines to bend sheet metal accurately.</li><li>Set Up Machines with correct tooling and settings.</li><li>Read Blueprints and work orders to understand job specs.</li><li>Perform Bending Operations and adjust machines as needed.</li><li>Program CNC Machines with job parameters when required.</li><li>Inspect Parts using measuring tools to ensure quality.</li><li>Troubleshoot Issues and report problems to supervisors.</li><li>Follow Safety Procedures and wear proper PPE.</li><li>Manage Time to meet production goals.</li><li>Handle Materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></div><ul><li>1+ years of press brake operation experience.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and job specs.</li><li>Skilled in using measuring tools like calipers and gauges.</li><li>Knowledge of sheet metal prep and machine mechanics.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality standards.</li><li>Familiar with safety protocols and proper lifting techniques.</li><li>Able to optimize setups and improve production efficiency.</li><li>Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Works well in a team environment and communicates clearly.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Shift & Pay:</strong></div><ul><li>Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting with repetitive tasks.</li><li><strong>Day Shift:</strong> Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM.</li><li><strong>Pay:</strong> $21 - $24/hour (depending on experience).</li><li>Wage is negotiable based on experience and skills, with higher rates offered to candidates with extensive experience.</li><li>Benefits: Available after probation period.</li><li>Reviews: Performance reviews will be conducted at 3 and 6 months, with a wage review after 12 months.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Why Work for Us?</strong></div><ul><li>Safety First: The health and safety of our employees is our top priority.
