Employment Support Professional-Waldheim The Employment Support Professional provides services to people in a vocational setting. They assist with activities in a workplace environment and provides employment supports to people working at their jobs and in their community. The Employment Support Professional ensures that people who experience disabilities belong to communities in which their God-given gifts are valued and respected.Requirements:Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check Access to reliable transportationPreferred:3-6 Months Experience (volunteer or employment)Developmental Services Worker, Child and Youth Worker, or post-secondary education in a related fieldOther Considerations:Industrial Work settingLoud environmentSupervision of participants while they work on their preferred tasks based on their skills and interestsEnsuring when persons supported are using equipment, they are being safe as well as having safe body mechanicsKaris Disability Services seeks to hire a workforce that represents the diversity of the communities where we serve.
