_\*All candidates must be located and able to legally work in Canada before applying\*_ *Responsibilities:* _Be a responsible, friendly team player._ * Have availability for weeknights & weekends * Learn, understand, and communicate Masa Mama food and drink menus to guests effectively * Maintain a clean, functional and safe environment for patrons and staff. * Embody our culture, mission, and values. * To complete other duties as assigned. *Qualifications:* _Have a sense of urgency and have an attention to detail._ * Kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train positive-minded candidates * Communicating and working with other members of the team. * Prepare and cook food as directed - knowledge of dietary restrictions. * Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. * Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation. * Make sure that all plates that leave the kitchen are held to our standards. * Knowledge of food preparation and storage. * Other duties as required. * Desire to work around people with a positive & team focused attitude. * Be available to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays. * Experience receiving direct and honest feedback.
