We need someone who gets fired up by opening new accounts, while also taking genuine pride in keeping the ones we have happy and growing. <em><strong>You'll report directly to upper management, which means your results are visible and your contributions matter at the highest level.</strong></em></p><p><em><strong>New business ? where you'll spend most of your time 60%</strong></em><br> Identify and pursue net-new B2B accounts ? prospecting calls, follow-ups, and product presentations that move the needle<br> Own the full acquisition cycle from cold outreach to closed deal ? no hand-holding, no hand-offs<br> Bring energy to showroom activities and trade shows ? your best leads often start face-to-face<br> Hit the road for client visits and industry events when the opportunity calls for it</p><p><em><strong>Account management ? keeping what you've built 40%</strong></em><br> Manage and grow your existing portfolio ? uncover upsell opportunities and make every client feel looked after<br> Deliver the kind of service that turns one-time buyers into long-term partners</p><p><em><strong>What you bring</strong></em></p><ul><li>Experience: 3?5 years in B2B sales ? business development or account management</li><li>Prospecting: Cold calls don't faze you. A full pipeline motivates you.</li><li>Relationships: You close deals and make clients glad you did</li><li>Languages: French and English ? you serve French- and English-speaking clients with equal ease in both languages</li><li>Tech: Excel is second nature.
