*Positions:* Part-time, Full-Time, Contract *Overview:* We are looking for new dedicated and passionate psychotherapists to join our growing team! If you take pride in providing excellent client care and providing trauma informed, anti-oppressive therapeutic interventions, we would love to hear from you. We are hiring full time and part time independent contractors. Elevate Therapy is a private therapy office located in Thunder Bay, ON. We are dedicated to providing quality, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive mental health services to our clients. We work with clients who experience a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship concerns. We provide individual therapy primarily to adults. We believe healing happens in relationships and pride ourselves on being able to foster a safe environment for clients. This position is for *an independent contractor*, which allows you to focus on your work with your clients , have a flexible schedule, make your own hours, all while we manage the administrative and marketing tasks. We are especially interested in therapists with experience in one or more of the following areas: * Couple's Therapy * Trauma (EMDR, IFS) * Eating Disorders & Body Image * Perinatal Mental Health * Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy *Hours* Flexible hours, 10 - 30 hours per week. *Education* This position requires a *Master?s Degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology*. Candidates must be registered with the OCSWSSW or CRPO and hold Professional Liability Insurance. We can support you with this process if needed. Criminal record check, including vulnerable persons, is required. *Qualifications* * Experience providing quality, evidence-based, psychotherapy services to individuals and/or couples * Understanding and experience working in a trauma-informed model * Has a clear direction and plan for their continuing competence goals * Works collaboratively with clients from an anti-oppressive/anti-racism lens and is passionate about diversity and equity while actively working to ensure these values are upheld in your practice * Understanding and experience providing client-centered care from a strengths-based perspective * Wiling to provide in-person and virtual sessions * Must be registered with or able to register with the OCSWSSW or CRPO *Benefits of Working with Elevate Therapy* * Access and maintenance of a beautiful office space designed to promote wellbeing and a calm atmosphere for staff and client alike * Scheduling, marketing, and billing of clientele completed by administrative staff to allow focus on providing services * Autonomy in staff schedules allowing flexibility in hours and work life balance * Supportive professional team who applies anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and collaborative values with staff and clients to promote collective wellness * Access to library of clinical tools to use with your clients *Application* Please send a resume *AND* cover letter outlining your experience providing psychotherapy, modalities/approaches you are trained in, and your professional goals.
