Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Bake shop. Large volume bakery. Coffee shop. Restaurant. Tasks: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
