We look forward to hearing from motivated individuals who take an interest in these tasks.<br><br></div><div><strong>What sets us apart?</strong></div><ul><li>Family-owned and operated.</li><li>Best equipment and technology.</li><li>Growth within the company.</li><li>Continuous year-round work.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Benefits of joining our team!</strong></div><ul><li>Knowledge and experience in a variety of applications.</li><li>Winter/Spring work for the right operators.</li><li>Working outdoors.</li><li>Benefits and company perks.</li><li>We promote from within.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Must be able to travel to the Waterloo Region.</li><li>Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites.</li><li>Valid Driver's License.</li><li>Ability to communicate and take direction.</li><li>Previous experience operating heavy equipment.</li><li>Strong mechanical skills.</li><li>Ability to work cooperatively with others.</li><li>Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities.</li><li>Ability to recognize, communicate, and eliminate hazards.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>All functions of sewer crew, mainline, laterals, working in congested areas, dirt moving.</li><li>Interprets information on grade stakes.</li><li>Coordination with crew and management.</li><li>Inspects and maintains the equipment.</li><li>Performs other tasks as needed.</li><li>Complies with the Company Safety Program.</li><li>Organization of project details locates, and performance objectives.</li><li>Communication of any discrepancy.</li><li>Ability to plan ahead.</li><li>Cognitively aware of job tasks and planning.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Schedule:</strong></div><ul><li>Monday to Friday.</li><li>Overtime.</li><li>Weekend availability.</li><li>Ability to work 10-14hours a day.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Work Location:</strong> Mostly Waterloo Region some travel in Southern Ontario.</div><br><br><ul></ul>- Location St. Clements, ON
