Handle sensitive issues to ensure customer satisfaction.<br/></div><div>? Provide detailed verbal and written communication to business areas regarding inquiry resolutions.<br/></div><div>? Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.<br/></div><div>? Apply premium payments and deposits to policies.<br/></div><div>? Facilitate changes to payment methods, banking information, and pre-authorized payment arrangements.<br/></div><div>? Process wire payments, refunds, suspense clearing, premium offsets, and chargebacks.<br/></div><div>? Respond to general billing and policy change inquiries.<br/></div><div>? Conduct research and review policy histories.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? High school diploma required.<br/></div><div>? Post-secondary education in Business or Administration is preferred.<br/></div><div>? 1 year of experience in an office clerical or administrative environment.<br/></div><div>? Experience in financial services, insurance, or a corporate administrative environment is an asset.<br/></div><div>? Familiarity with billing or data processing is an asset.<br/></div><div>? Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail.<br/></div><div>? Basic knowledge of billing or administrative processes.<br/></div><div>? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.<br/></div><div>? Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset to effectively communicate with internal business partners and support billing and policy-related inquiries in both languages.<br/></div><div>? Strong organizational and time management skills.<br/></div><div>? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.<br/></div><div>? Knowledge of policy or billing systems is an asset.<br/></div><div>?
