The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, AI specialists, and executive leadership to ensure successful execution of programs aligned with organizational goals.<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b> </b><br/></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b>Office Location: </b>Toronto<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b>Employment Type: </b>Permanent<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b>Role Type:</b> New position ? current requirement<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b>Work Arrangement: </b>Hybrid (3 days in office per week)<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b> </b><br/></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b>Position Responsibilities:</b><br/></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b>Agile Delivery & Project Management</b><br/></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm"><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Drive Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Track and report project progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.<br/></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b> </b><br/></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b>Stakeholder Management</b><br/></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm"><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to align priorities.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts across teams.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.<br/></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b> </b><br/></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b>AI Initiative Coordination</b><br/></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm"><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Coordinate AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, and automation initiatives across business and technology teams.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Support AI use case identification, prioritization, and implementation planning.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Track AI program milestones, dependencies, and adoption metrics.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and business objectives.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Work closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams.<br/></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"> <br/></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0px"><b>Executive & Leadership Engagement</b><br/></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm"><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Partner with C-Level executives, business unit heads, and senior leadership teams.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, and steering committee presentations.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Facilitate governance meetings and drive action item closures.<br/></li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm">Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for executive stakeholders.<br/></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-- Location Toronto, ON
