TIME Limited is a manufacturer, custom fabricator & distributor who has experienced exponential growth over the past decade. TIME has been serving the mining, forestry and exploration industries for over 50 years. *What are we looking for?* We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing team environment. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse employees, maintaining operational standards, driving efficiency, and ensuring safe and accurate execution of all warehouse activities. *Duties and responsibilities* · Lead and direct daily warehouse floor operations · Supervise warehouse employees and maintain accountability for performance and attendance · Establish, communicate, and reinforce clear performance expectations · Ensure all sales orders and inventory transfers are shipped accurately and on schedule · Drive housekeeping and workplace organization standards · Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement operational enhancements · Conduct employee coaching, performance discussions, and corrective actions when required · Ensure employees are trained and follow established standard work procedures *Job requirements* · Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment · Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills · Ability to motivate employees and maintain momentum in a fast-moving operation · Comfortable making decisions and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment · Working knowledge of warehouse processes, shipping, and inventory transactions · Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills · Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is considered an asset _*Only the qualifying candidates will be contacted for this position.*_ _TIME is committed to complying with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and its regulations, and the Ontario Human Rights Code throughout the entire employment cycle.
