*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and cutting areas, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and enhancing the overall experience for our customers. *Duties* * Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment. * Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all kitchen/cutting room surfaces are kept clean and organized. * Assist in food preparation/packaging tasks as needed. * Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low. * Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices. * Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes promptly to ensure efficient service during peak hours. * Participate in regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping floors, and taking out trash as necessary. *Skills* * Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. * Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff. * Willingness to help with various tasks in the kitchen as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. * A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service in a supportive role within the kitchen team. * must be Canadian resident, and speak English fluently Join us as we strive to provide exceptional customer experiences through teamwork and dedication!
