We aim to bring integrity to the building industry. *What We Are Looking For:* We are looking for a ground works foreman who can join our team and work across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, with a strong skill set and knowledge base in ground works. The successful candidate will be able to identify problems, be forward thinking, solve complex problems and have strong communication skills. The candidate will be able to support our Site Supervisors by managing groundworks of various scopes, including but not limited to, driveway prep, SWM system install, exploratory digs. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for the industry and strong leadership skills. As we are a small team you must be willing to work in labor tasks when needed. *Responsibilities:* Overlook demos and excavations Operate mini-excavators for ground works such as SWM systems, patio/driveway prep, preparation for retaining walls, and other ground works as required Operate skid steer Read civil drawings and quality control works or achieve works if completing Coordinate professionals as needed in conjunction with Site Supervisor and Project Manager Landscape duties as required Trenching Labor as required Manage onsite labor team effectively when working with them *Qualifications*: A minimum of 5 years experience with ground works Ability to read civil plans Extensive experience with operating machinery *What we offer:* Company truck and gas for company related fuel Competitive wages dependent on experience Team building events Company attire Benefits plan after 3 months with 50% of premiums paid by company and a HSA Pay: $37.00-$45.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Work Location: In person
