*CAPCRETE* is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Office Assistant* to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience using AI tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Provide administrative and office support. * Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence. * Manage filing systems and data entry. * Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to improve workflow efficiency. * Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries. * Assist with scheduling, record keeping, and project coordination. * Perform other office duties as assigned. *Qualifications* * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Experience using AI tools and computer applications. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. * Previous office administration experience is an asset. *Schedule* * Weekend work may be required based on workload and operational requirements. *Compensation* * $20.00 per hour. Pay: $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person- Location Vaughan, ON
