*Overview* Flo Physio + Rehab is a new collaborative multidisciplinary healthcare clinic dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community. We are currently seeking a passionate *Physiotherapist* to join our growing team of dedicated health professionals. You'll work with a diverse caseload, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and play a key role in enhancing patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced physiotherapists who are are motivated, professional and passionate about patient care. *Start date is immediate.* *What We Offer* * Competitive split * Flexible scheduling * Access to brand new treatments rooms and clinical equipment * Individual and team mentorship from experienced physiotherapists with 10+ years of clinical practice *Responsibilities* * Assess client needs and preferences to develop tailored massage therapy plans * Collaborate with other physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and RMTs to develop integrated treatment plans * Educate patients on posture, stretching, and self-care to support ongoing recovery * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good condition * Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes * Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients * Participation in clinic promotion * Commitment to continuing education *Qualifications* * Master's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) * Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC), or other regulatory college * Valid liability insurance * Pelvic floor physiotherapy and clinical pilates training/certification is a strong asset but not mandatory * Commitment to continuing education * Strong assessment with clinical reasoning abilities * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
