This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for stable, long-term employment, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team environment.<br>Drivers will be responsible for local and regional deliveries throughout Ontario with no overnight travel required.<br>Key Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Operate AZ tractor-trailers safely and efficiently</li><li>Transport structural and reinforcing steel to customer locations throughout Ontario</li><li>Secure, tarp, and inspect loads to ensure safe transportation</li><li>Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections</li><li>Monitor vehicle performance and report maintenance concerns</li><li>Maintain accurate driver logs and transportation documentation</li><li>Follow all transportation, safety, and company policies</li><li>Provide professional customer service at delivery locations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid AZ Driver's License</li><li>MUST be able to drive manual/automatic</li><li>Valid Air Brake (Z) Endorsement</li><li>Strong understanding of safe driving practices</li><li>Ability to complete required transportation documentation</li><li>Clean driving record and ability to pass all pre-employment requirements</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous flatbed trailer experience</li><li>Experience hauling structural or reinforcing steel</li><li>Experience working within an industrial environment</li><li>Machine operation experience</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to secure and tarp loads</li><li>Ability to climb on trailers and equipment safely</li><li>Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and walking</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions</li><li>Ability to perform vehicle inspections and safety checks</li></ul><br>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay at $31.00 per hour</li><li>Full-time permanent employment</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>Company-sponsored RRSP program</li><li>Paid training program, including classroom and on-road instruction</li><li>Company-provided uniforms</li><li>Safe and supportive work environment</li><li>Consistent work with opportunities for overtime</li><li>No overnight travel required</li></ul><br>Shifts:<ul><li>Early morning start times between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM</li><li>Daily communication with dispatch regarding schedules</li><li>Up to 60 hours per week available</li><li>Weekends off</li><li>Local and regional routes with no overnight stays</li></ul><br>Duration:<ul><li><br>Full-Time, Permanent</li></ul><br><br>How to Apply:<ul><li>Apply & Receive offers NOW!
