As a Personal Trainer, your personality, customer service & sales experience are important. We want to help our members with their fitness goals, injuries, limitations, pain management & confidence to help them be the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. You must actively promote a healthy lifestyle and practice what you preach as an employee of our facility. Sales are a big portion of becoming a well-established trainer, and personal/team sales goals are set monthly. We will onboard you with the necessary skills and continue to educate you within the position, but self-motivation and grit are required to succeed. *Salary:* $25.00 - $45.00/hour + commission (depending on experience, certifications & sales). Once you have built your client base, you will spend less time prospecting and more time focusing on sessions, assessments, referrals, and renewals. -If you are not on the floor interacting with members, you will be in a fitness consultation showcasing the value of working with a personal trainer to our members. -Once you are in a PT session, you will be providing a dynamic, fun, functional & effective workout according to your training style. -Build your schedule to develop small groups to accommodate and help more members. -Continuous education, individually and as a team -Attending a weekly team meeting (this is focused on education & making our department the best it can be) -We are looking for committed, driven people who love to help people. Your personality will shine on the floor, and people will naturally gravitate to you. -Monthly Team Events doing a fun fitness-related activity! We work hard and play hard.
