Compile data, statistics and other information. Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Label files according to retention and disposal schedules. Organize and schedule office work. Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
