*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sorter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently sorting materials and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role offers an opportunity to work with heavy equipment and contribute to the production process in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should possess strong physical stamina and a commitment to safety and quality standards. *Duties* * Operate loader equipment and assist with the movement of materials within the facility * Use excavators and forklifts to load, unload, and organize products or raw materials * Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, handling materials that require significant physical effort * Conduct cleaning and sanitation of work areas to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards * Sort materials accurately according to specifications, quality, or other criteria * Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of heavy equipment and workspaces * Support other team members in manufacturing processes as needed to meet production goals *Experience* * Prior experience with loader operation, excavators, forklifts, or heavy equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided * Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods * Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures within industrial settings is advantageous * Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential for success in this role This position is vital for maintaining efficient production workflows while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
