*Job Summary* We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to building and infrastructure development. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards. *Duties* * Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials * Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, bulldozers, or excavators (training provided) * Perform paving tasks and assist with laying asphalt or concrete surfaces * Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently * Use hand tools and power tools for various construction activities * Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment * Support team members in moving materials, setting up scaffolding, and other site activities * Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as needed for projects *Skills* * Prior construction experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential * Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively (training available) * Knowledge of paving techniques is a plus * Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks in outdoor environments * Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team * Attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented mindset * Ability to follow instructions accurately and adapt to changing project needs Pay: $17.25-$30.99 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: On the road- Location Regina, SK
