Lake Country IGA is currently hiring *Full-Time and Part-Time Bakery Clerks* to join our team in a busy and customer-focused environment. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for quality food, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, offering samples, and responding to customer requests * Package, label, and price bakery products * Prepare special orders and party trays * Maintain attractive and well-stocked displays, showcases, and customer-facing areas * Ensure new products and promotional items are effectively showcased * Assist with general bakery production and merchandising duties * Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures * Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas to ensure readiness for customer service * Comply with all regulatory food handling requirements and company standards Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Dependable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team * Bakery or grocery retail experience is an asset * *Prior cake decorating experience is considered an asset* * *A current FoodSafe Certificate must be provided and maintained* What We Offer * Full-time and part-time opportunities * Supportive and team-oriented work environment * Opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company * Competitive compensation based on experience Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume by email or drop it off in person at *Lake Country IGA*, ask for Cory.
