*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The Line Cook will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests through quality meal preparation and efficient kitchen operations. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency * Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients * Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times * Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment * Ensure timely delivery of orders to the dining area while maintaining high standards of service * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods * Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies * Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food handling, sanitation, and safety standards *Qualifications* * Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred * Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation * Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures * Strong understanding of the food industry standards for cleanliness and hygiene * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure * Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests * Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic culinary team while honing your skills in food preparation, cooking, and customer service excellence.
