This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs. *Duties* * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cashiering duties. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism. * Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Proficiency in product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits. * Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly workspace. * Ability to sell products confidently while building rapport with customers. * Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
