Currently, our Edmonton location is looking for a person to handle administration duties on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable and a team player, who enjoys tackling diverse tasks in a small office environment. Some sales experience in construction or lumber would be an asset. Core duties for this role will include, preparing payables, summarizing payroll hours, invoicing, and preparing bank deposits. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Experience: * administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred) * receptionist: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Edmonton, AB
