Montgomery Solutions Inc. is looking for a *full-time construction team member* to join our growing crew! We specialize in *ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) foundations* and are looking for someone who has construction experience, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in a job well done. *What we?re looking for:* Construction experience Valid driver?s licence and reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Team player who?s willing to learn and work hard *What we offer:* *$25?$30/hour*, depending on experience Full-time employment (Monday?Friday, 40+ hours/week) Some benefits Opportunity to learn specialized ICF foundation construction A supportive team that values quality workmanship and professionalism We?re a family-owned company based in *Milford Bay, Ontario*, and we?re looking for someone who wants more than just a job?we?re looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that takes pride in what we build.
