You will develop a deep understanding of each customer&rsquo;s growth strategy, consumer behavior, and category dynamics, and translate that into compelling, insight-driven narratives that influence joint business planning, annual line reviews, and long-term growth strategies.This is an &ldquo;AND&rdquo; role &mdash; for someone who is both a rigorous data analyst and a creative storyteller, capable of producing client-ready insights that are defensible, actionable, and impactful.&nbsp;What you&rsquo;ll be doing.Partner with Global Sales Leaders across strategic customers (Foodservice distributors, QSR, Retail) to identify growth opportunities supported by analyticsSource, integrate, and analyze diverse data sets including internal sales, syndicated panels, menu intelligence, foot traffic, and macro/category trendsProactively identify and recommend new data sources or research approaches to enhance customer insightDevelop client-ready deliverables such as joint business review decks, category insight briefs, growth narratives, and executive newslettersCreate point-of-view analyses that move beyond reporting to clearly articulate &ldquo;what&rsquo;s happening, why it matters, and what we should do next&rdquo;Present insights alongside Sales Leaders in customer meetings, explaining methodologies, defending assumptions, and addressing complex questionsBuild scalable yet customizable templates and assets that maintain a high-quality, bespoke feel across multiple strategic customersCollaborate with Global Commercial Analytics to align on shared data products and ensure a consistent source of truthPartner with Regional Insights and Category teams to maximize business impact through integrated insightsContribute to thought leadership by building communities of practice and leading insight-sharing sessions across regions and functions&nbsp;What you&rsquo;ll need to be successful.5+ years of experience in data analytics, customer insights, category management, or commercial analytics, ideally with external-facing deliverablesStrong analytical foundation with the ability to work across structured and unstructured data, form hypotheses, and distinguish signal from noiseAdvanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development and working knowledge of DAX and Power QueryProficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently write, read, and validate queries across enterprise data sourcesExceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, compelling narrativesAdvanced PowerPoint (or equivalent) skills with a focus on clean design, strong visual hierarchy, and executive-ready outputsStrong commercial and customer mindset, with the ability to frame insights around customer growth and end-consumer behaviorExecutive presence and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and customersBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)&nbsp;Nice to have:Experience in CPG, retail, or foodservice environments supporting national or global accountsExperience with syndica
