Must have Clean Criminal Record Check Living in Canada for 5 years Transportation provided to and from work Working hours: 8am-4pm Monday to Friday with the option of working overtime and working weekends. *Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting where your efforts directly contribute to the overall appearance and hygiene of the facility. *Duties* * Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in various areas such as offices, restrooms, and common spaces * Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies * Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure availability for staff and visitors * Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly * Adhere to company policies regarding sanitation standards and confidentiality when working in sensitive areas * Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed *Experience* * Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires * Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions accurately * Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift This position is vital in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.
