You?re not just managing?you?re: * Setting the tone * Owning the guest experience * Developing people * Driving the energy of the room *Location* We?re hiring for our Satellite Drive restaurant. *What You?ll Be Responsible For* *Guest Experience Leadership* * Lead from the floor?creating a welcoming, engaging, and high-energy environment * Ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for * Actively manage the room?anticipating needs, resolving issues, elevating experiences *Culture & Team Development* * Build a positive, team-first culture people want to be part of * Coach, mentor, and develop team members and supervisors * Help identify and grow future leaders * Lead with presence, accountability, and consistency *Operations Excellence* * Ensure food, beverage, and service standards are consistently executed * Maintain a clean, organized, and detail-driven restaurant * Step into any role when needed to support the team *Business Performance* * Support labour management, scheduling, and cost control * Assist with inventory, ordering, and financial discipline * Contribute ideas to improve performance and guest experience *Leadership Partnership* * Act as a leader on duty?owning shifts and outcomes * Support hiring, training, and performance management *What We?re Looking For* * 2?5+ years in restaurant leadership as a GM or as AGM of high volume location. * A genuine passion for *hospitality and people* * Strong floor presence?you lead where the action is * A natural coach who builds teams?not just manages them * High standards and attention to detail *What Success Looks Like Here* * You are consistently *present on the floor*, leading from the front * You treat *guest experience as the top priority*, every shift * You *protect and elevate standards*?never cutting corners * Your team feels supported, coached, and motivated * The energy of the room reflects your leadership *Compensation & Benefits* * *$65,000 ? $80,000 base salary* * *Performance-based bonus program* * *Health & Dental benefits* * *4 weeks paid vacation* *What Makes This Different* This isn?t a ?back office? management role.
