NOW HIRING: Security Guard / Bouncer *Urgent need: Female Gaurd * Gallery Calgary is looking for confident, professional, and reliable security staff to join our nightlife team. We?re seeking individuals who can help create a safe, high-energy, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Requirements * 1?3+ years of nightclub, bar, venue, or event security experience preferred * Valid Alberta Security License (ProTect) * Comfortable working in high-volume nightlife environments * Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills * Physically fit, alert, and dependable * First Aid & CPR certification is an asset * Availability for late-night weekend and holiday shifts required Responsibilities * Monitor entrances, guest flow, and crowd management * Verify IDs and support venue policies * Handle disturbances and assist with safe patron removal when necessary * Work alongside management and bar staff during busy service hours * Respond calmly and professionally to incidents or emergencies * Help maintain a safe, enjoyable, and controlled atmosphere What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay starting at $20/hr * House tip-out and performance-based bonuses * Fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Opportunities for additional event and concert shifts Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount Application question(s): * Please not before applying, we are only looking for those who have worked in a high volume setting like a nightclub or busy bar.
