Work involves maintenance work in addition to new construction or renovation work, liaising/communicating with contractors and performing other related duties as required. Job DemandsBy applying for this job, you acknowledge an understanding that regular requirements and demands of this job include (but are not limited to):Constantly lifts, carries or moves objects up to 11 lbs., regularly between 11 - 44 lbs. and occasionally over 44 lbs.Regularly requires physical effort using tools that require accurate control and steadiness, maintaining physical balance, standing, walking, climbing, using gross and fine motor skills, and working in awkward or cramped positions requiring strength and/or endurance.Work is impacted by time pressures/deadlines, interruptions and lack of control over work pace as priorities change, services being interrupted, etc.Job QualificationsSuccessful completion of a Journeyperson's Certificate in Plumbing. A minimum of three years of plumbing experience is required. Experience in the construction industry would be considered an asset.Demonstrated strong time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Travel throughout the Zone is required.A satisfactory record of work performance is required.- Location Carbonear, NL
