We are currently hiring an experienced *Forklift Operator* to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate must have *at least 3 years of forklift operating experience* and a valid forklift licence. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. *Responsibilities:* * Safely operate *Counterbalance, Reach, and/or Walkie forklifts*. * Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. * Transport, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse. * Pick, stage, and replenish inventory as required. * Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues. * Ensure accurate material handling and inventory movement. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Follow all company policies and health & safety regulations. * Assist with other warehouse duties as required. *Requirements:* * *Minimum 3 years of forklift operating experience* in a warehouse or distribution environment. * *Valid Forklift Licence* (Counterbalance, Reach, Walkie, or equivalent). * Experience loading and unloading trailers. * Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Legally authorized to work in Canada. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Work Location: In person- Location Guelph, ON
