If you have experience and performing hair services and have a passion for styling hair, we want you to join our team as a Hairstylist at Barrie's first blow dry bar! SKILLS: * Passion for hair & beauty * *Experienced hair stylist with 3-5 years of cut and colouring services* * Proactive, collaborative team player with the ability to engage with guests * Excellent customer service skills * Hair extensions certification is considered an asset * Positive, professional & goal orientated nature IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL: \* Provide hair services to clients in a professional and friendly manner. \* Create an excellent experience for guests through a therapeutic touch and friendly attitude. \* Consult with clientele to create distinctive styles that are consistent with the clients? personal style. \* You will always safeguard client information and confidentiality. \* Sell products customized to our clients goals by providing hair treatments and enhancements in order to hit sales goal. \* Attend salon and sales training when scheduled. \* Maintain a professional, clean appearance of self and follow required uniform guidelines. \* Keep your work space clean and tidy. \* Available for least one closing shift a week and every Saturday 9am-3pm. \* May be required to travel for remote bookings - weddings and events.
