We are passionate about delivering excellent food and exceptional customer service. *Job Description* We are looking for energetic and customer-focused *Food & Beverage Servers* to join our team. As a server, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. *Responsibilities* * Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner * Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of food and beverages * Take accurate orders and deliver food promptly * Ensure guest satisfaction and handle concerns efficiently * Upsell menu items and promote specials * Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area * Process bills and handle payments * Work closely with kitchen and bar staff *Requirements* * Previous serving experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Smart Serve Certification (required or willing to obtain) * Team player with a positive attitude * Availability on evenings and weekends *Preferred Skills (Bonus)* * Knowledge of South Indian cuisine * Multilingual (Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, etc.) * Basic bartending skills *What We Offer* * Flexible scheduling * Friendly and supportive work environment * Growth opportunities within the company Pay: From $17.60 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount Work Location: In person- Location Toronto, ON
