We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while building a high-performing sales team. *Qualifications* 3?5 years of retail management experience Proven success driving sales and growing a retail business Strong leadership, coaching, hiring, and training skills Experience with visual merchandising, planograms, inventory management, and scheduling A passion for fashion, travel, and customer service Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills *Responsibilities* Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals and KPIs Deliver outstanding customer service and create an exceptional shopping experience Recruit, train, coach, and develop top-performing sales associates Execute company visual merchandising standards and maintain a well-presented sales floor Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and daily store operations Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve performance Lead by example and create a positive, sales-focused culture Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs Climb ladders Stand for extended periods Assist with shipment and merchandising *Why Bentley Leathers?* At Bentley Leathers, we are known as Canada's travel experts.
