Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment. Remove kitchen garbage and trash. Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
