The right candidate will be: - tech savvy - empathetic, friendly, polite and welcoming - ability to juggle tasks with ease and enjoy handling a variety of tasks - must be able to work and communicate well with others - attention to detail - organized -work in fast-paced enviornment Responsibilities include (training will be provided where required): - Answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming patient appointments - Coordinating appointments with specialists and other health providers - Problem Solving - Submitting insurance claims and managing retail transactions - Data collecting and analyzing, aligning clinical goals together & enforce plans to achieve them. \*Spanish is an asset Work Remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits: * Vision care Application question(s): * Write a reason why you would like to work with us. * Please solve this math question: 8 + 10 x (4/2) = Work Location: In person- Location Toronto, ON
