Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Spoken French and English essential and written French or EnglishNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to the head of oncology IT services, the operational analyst's primary responsibilities include clinical and technical analysis and support of the clinical information system in oncology for Vitalité Health Network. The incumbent acts as a resource person for all software users. They contribute to the development of clinical processes and provide advice for their improvement based on the needs of the sector and MOSAIQ's capabilities. They liaise with Service New Brunswick on the maintenance, updating and other technical aspects related to quality assurance of the system.REQUIREMENTS: Undergraduate degree in computer science or equivalent;Minimum of three years' experience in setting up and administering information systems, ideally in the health field;Talent for plain language: demonstrated ability to explain complex IT concepts with patience and clarity, adapting language to non-technical audiences (physicians, nurses, administrative staff);Excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills;High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to thrive in complex environments;Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Query for data processing;Good knowledge of Microsoft 365;Solid experience in SQL database management and software development/programming;Knowledge of Power BI (creating, modifying and deploying scorecards);Knowledge of Python considered an asset;Initiative, creativity and strong ability to adapt to change;Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team;Knowledge of adult education principles;Ability to work independently and as part of a team;Physical ability to perform assigned work;Good work history (performance and attendance);Adherence to professional ethics principles, the Network's management philosophy and organizational values;Adherence to Vitalité Health Network's confidentiality rules.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
