*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious meals that meet our high standards of excellence. This position requires both teamwork and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. *Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards * Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality * Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices * Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours * Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management * Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols *Experience* * Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred * Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation * Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the food industry * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail * Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team * Experience with serving or customer service is a plus Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional culinary skills!
