*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals in a fast-paced food service environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards * Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands * Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage * Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures * Serve customers efficiently, taking orders accurately and delivering meals promptly * Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations *Experience* * Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate * Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices * Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is advantageous * Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation is beneficial * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety * Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount Work Location: In person- Location Saskatoon, SK
