*Job Overview* We are seeking experienced and dependable Breakfast Cooks to join our growing kitchen team. Responsibilities * Prepare and cook breakfast menu items with consistency and quality. * Assist with lunch service as required. * Ensure all dishes are plated with excellent presentation and attention to detail. * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. * Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. * Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality. * Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization. * Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. * Help maintain a positive and professional work environment. Qualifications * *Previous breakfast cooking experience is required.* * Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation, including eggs, omelettes, pancakes, French toast, and other breakfast classics. * *Excellent food presentation and plating skills are essential.* * Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen. * Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. * Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player. * Food Handler Certification is an asset.
