Landscape Labourer Full-Time, Year-Round City Gardens Landscape Construction is looking for dependable, hardworking landscape labourers to join our Saskatoon team.This is an outdoor, physically active position. Applicants must be comfortable working outside in changing weather conditions and performing hands-on construction and landscaping work.Duties may include:Installing paving stones, retaining walls, soil, sod, mulch and plant materialOperating hand tools and construction equipmentLoading, unloading and moving materialsSite preparation and cleanupAssisting equipment operators and crew leaders Snow and ice removal during the winter Skid-steer or loader experience is an asset, and higher pay is available for applicants with equipment-operating experience or a strong aptitude and willingness to learn.This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for the right person. Winter work includes commercial snow and ice removal. Employees who qualify may receive a Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Plan or EI top-up that brings winter income to approximately 85% of normal weekly earnings, subject to program eligibility and company terms.We are looking for someone who:Shows up reliably and on timeEnjoys working outsideCan perform physical work safelyWorks well as part of a crewHas a valid drivers licence and reliable transportationIs available for snow removal, including early mornings, nights and weekends when requiredPrevious landscaping, construction, skid-steer or loader experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Pay is based on experience, skills and equipment-operating ability.- Location Saskatoon, SK
