Current Openings: We have immediate openings for HVAC Service Technicians and Installation Specialists to service commercial and industrial systems (including VRF, RTUs, and MAUs) throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Package & Benefits * *Journeypersons:* $110,000 to $150,000 per year. * *4th/5th Year Apprentices:* $80,000 to $120,000 per year. * *Financial Incentives:* Generous RRSP double-matching, yearly performance-based bonuses, and overtime opportunities. * *On-the-Road Support:* Fully equipped company truck, corporate credit card, and top-tier trade tools. * *Professional Development:* Specialized factory training and tuition coverage for continuing education. * *Perks:* Extended family health benefits, annual boot/uniform allowance, and regular company social events. * _Affiliations: Proudly associated with HRAI, IHSA, and Merit._ What We Are Looking For * *Trade License:* 313A Journeyperson ticket or valid 4th/5th-year apprentice registration. * *Gas Ticket:* Minimum G2 license required (G1 holder is a major plus). * *Documentation:* Valid ODP card, clean driver?s abstract, and valid safety tickets (WHMIS, Working at Heights, Ministry of Labour) Please indicate this on your resume. * *Profile:* A strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues alone, while remaining a great team player. Core Duties * *Maintenance & Installs:* Perform preventative care, complex system troubleshooting, and full equipment installations according to TSSA standards. * *Fault Finding:* Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer manuals to isolate mechanical and electrical failures. * *Documentation:* File accurate digital field reports and maintain professional relationships with building clients. Working Conditions * *Location:* Commercial roofs, high-voltage mechanical spaces, and tight quarters across the GTA. * *Physical Demands:* Working outdoors in all Ontario weather conditions, climbing ladders, and heavy lifting compliant with OHSA rules.
