*Major Duties and Responsibilities* *Administrative Customer Service* * Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials and supplies * Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments * Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables * Maintains an accurate system of daily moves, scanning inventory and counting accurately * Engages with vendors, customers and associates with a positive attitude *Commitments* * Exhibit exceptional quality of customer service and personal interaction * Available for prompt & flexible scheduling * Demonstrate professionalism in providing customer service * Adhere to the company uniform policy, maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times * Accept direction, follow instruction and work well with others * Able to work independently and within a team *Qualifications & Job Requirements* * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organization and time management skills * Knowledge of inventory management systems and experience with computer systems * Prefer knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson® Parts & Accessories merchandise, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them * Required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift 30 lb. of material *Working Conditions* * Normally indoors, however, some outdoor event work may be required Pay: $17.39-$19.00 per hour Work Location: In person- Location Kingston, ON
