Your role will involve: *Responsibilities:* * *Customer Service: *Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' travel needs and preferences, offering expert advice, and assisting them in planning and booking their trips. * *Sales:* Use your sales skills to promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services, exceeding sales targets and contributing to the success of the branch. * *Product Knowledge:* Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients. * *Booking:* Utilize travel agency booking systems (Travelport+) to make reservations, create itineraries, and handle all aspects of the booking process. * *Problem-Solving:* Assist clients in resolving travel-related issues, such as changes in plans, cancellations, or unforeseen complications, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. * *Documentation:* Prepare and maintain accurate travel documents, including tickets, visas, and travel insurance. * *Teamwork:* Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to provide the best travel solutions to clients. *Qualifications:* * 1 year leisure travel agent experience required. * Strong sales with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends. * Knowledge of Travelport+ booking systems is required. * A positive attitude, a keen interest in travel, and a commitment to lifelong learning. * Must have travelled to a variety of destinations within the last 5 years. *Why Join Maritime Travel:* * Learn from the industry's best and most knowledgeable Advisors. * Opportunity for professional development and growth within the travel industry. * Competitive compensation, including performance-based incentives. * Travel perks and discounts for personal travel adventures. * A supportive and collaborative team environment.
