Our focus on personalized care, expertise in compounding, natural remedies, travel medicine, respiratory disease management, and diabetes management sets us apart in the industry. *Job Description:* We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for excellent customer service to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, proficiency with Kroll software, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. *Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:* * Providing exceptional customer service to all patients * Receiving prescription orders * Entering prescriptions into Kroll * Managing insurance claims * Packaging prescriptions * Managing inventory * Cashing out customers * Answering phone calls * Booking appointments * Supporting pharmacists with clinical activities * Implementing policies to improve practice *Requirements:* * Two years or more experience as a pharmacy assistant in Alberta * Two years of experience working with Kroll software * Ability to connect with patients and foster strong relationships * Team player with a focus on achieving goals and objectives * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask *Benefits:* * Competitive compensation package * Group insurance plan including drug, dental and vision coverage * Opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to providing personalized patient care * Work in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued * Continuous learning and development opportunities If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and patient care, we want to hear from you!
