Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Noisy. Work setting: School or educational institution/establishment. Tasks: Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques. Instruct groups and individuals in arts and crafts. Assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events . Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs. Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities. Prepare reports. Understand principles of group dynamics. Leading/instructing groups. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Supervision: 16-20 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : HIGH FIVE training (principles of healthy child development). CPR Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Child Abuse Registry check. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Experience: Will train. Employment terms options: Day.- Location Springhill, NSB0M 1X0
