This role is vital in ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering excellent patient service, supporting our mission to create a positive dental experience. *Responsibilities* * Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth. * Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently. * Handle multi-line phone systems to coordinate appointments and inquiries. * Maintain electronic medical records using Dentrix software. * Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless office operations. * Provide administrative support including billing, insurance processing, and correspondence. * Uphold confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations. * Ensure the front desk area remains organized and welcoming. * *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting. * Proficiency with Dentrix * Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental care. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently. * Organized with strong administrative skills. * Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented attitude. * Prior experience preferred but will willing train the right candidate * *Call-To-Action* If you are passionate about delivering top-notch patient care and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to bring your enthusiasm to Mount Hope Dental Care .
