Training and beginning of employment start on the *August 11th, 2026.* *Basement Systems Toronto *(a member of Basement Systems network) offers tailor-made solutions for basements, foundations, and crawl spaces! No worries about prospecting, leads are provided and scheduled for you! *Opportunity for Outside Sales Representative - Pickering:* * 8 weeks of paid ($1000 per week), in class and on the field *training starts on the August 11th 2026*. *Please note that you have to be available to come to Laval for the first 4 weeks of training. *We will provide and pay for the traveling expenses, lodging and accommodations during your stay in Laval. * *Base salary + commission* * Our TOP sales representatives make over 145K annually * In-house sales, with focus on earning homeowner trust and closing the sale, with great back-office team and technology to support you *Requirements of application for an Outside Sales Representative - Pickering:* * Proven track record: at least 5 years of high-ticker, in-home sales experience (ideal in Foundation, HVAC, Roofing, Waterproofing or Renovation) * Excellent communication skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Good knowledge of computer programs * *Able to follow a proven playbook while adapting in real time* * 100% ready to learn and use our exclusive sales program * Be humble, Hungry and Smart!!!
