A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and/or Registered Nurse. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate leadership ability, organization, team collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants must obtain the following certifications: ACLS within 12 months of appointment to the position, TNCC within 18 months of appointment to the position, and PALS within 24 months of appointment to the position.
