Portland Street Pizza, located inside *Eighty-Eight Brewing Company*, is looking for a creative, high-energy Sous Chef to help lead our pizza kitchen. We welcome every race, colour, religion, sex, gender identity, origin, ancestry, age, marital status, ability, sexual orientation or any other characteristic that makes you the wonderful person that you are! *What You?ll Do* * Assist in leading, training, and inspiring a team of ~10 cooks * Run day-to-day kitchen operations and execute service on busy nights * Assist in ordering, inventory, food costing and labour costing * Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency and cleanliness * Regularly meet with Taproom management * Work on the line and lead by example * Support menu development and feature programming *Schedule* * Friday ? Tuesday with Wednesdays and Thursdays off * Primary focus on evenings with occasional earlier afternoon shifts to accommodate for meetings, operational needs or shorter service hours *Skills and Experience Needed for this Position:* At Eighty-Eight, we are about fit more than anything else.
